Acess denied For IIS

Hi,

When i upload an file from desktop or c:\ drive i get anaccess denied
error ,But when i try uploading them from other drives it works fine.
(In the debug or release mode from the Visual studio it works fine ,but
when i run it from IIS i get this error)

Kindly help me with this
