Hi,
I've been working on developing a dragdrop library that is faster,
smaller and more flexible than the other libraries I've tried (Yahoo!,
Scriptaculous, Zorn). My biggest requirements were avoiding the usual
performance decrease as the number of targets increases and keeping the
download size to a minimum.
Thanks to Richard Cornford for discussions about JavaScript library
design. I hope I interpreted the discussions correctly.
I haven't yet weened off the Yahoo! event and dom libraries but plan to
eventually as I am only using a few of the methods in those libraries.
If anyone would like to have a look, offer suggestions or use the code
you are welcome to it.
