Change log:

- improved the existing API (in the Ruby way)
- added some classes (AutoplugFactory, Caps, Clock, Format,
IndexFactory, Pad, PadTemplate, Plugin, PluginFeature,
QueryType, Registry, SchedulerFactory, Type, TypeFactory)
- gst-inspect example
- improved documentation system:
- C tags are now human readable
- added inclusion and inheritance maps
- enhanced support of Ruby operators
