Authentication Error ! plz help

There's a problem in my application that calls a remote web service's method,
when it tries to connect to the webservice it displays this error:
"The request failed with HTTP status 407: Proxy Authentication Required (
The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the
Web Proxy service is denied. "

How the hell can i connect to the remote webservice ?

Is this on a corporate network or across the Internet?

Perhaps the IE setting "Bypass Proxy for local addresses"

There is clearly an ISA proxy server sitting between your IIS server and the
web service that you are trying to connect to. You need to speak to whoever
administers the network that your IIS server is sitting on about the best way
you can work round this.
