Can I modify the Resources of Microsoft PE file using linux

is there any way that Linux process can modify the resources inside a
Microsoft PE format executable ?

You don't need a native Linux program, use ResHack (
http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/ ) under WINE, it works.

"windres". It's part of binutils, but it's only built for PE targets, so
you'll need to find a suitable cross-binutils package or build one from
source.
