Creating 64 bit DLLl on 32 bit computer under MS Visual Studio 2008

Hello!

I would like to know if it is generally possible to create a 64 bit DLL
under MS Visual Studio 2008, even when my computer is 32 bit only.

I did not find the option to do that, and I am not sure yet what the
problem is.

Thank you for a reply!

While OT for this group (you'll get better answers in a group with
"microsoft" or "visual c++", or something like that, in the name), the
answer is yes. Just change the target platform in Build/Configuration
Manager.
