creating ftp application

I want to create a ftp applicaiton that would use FTP SSL to just upload files. I would try doing SSH FTP but that would require a third party software on the server. From this post from the MS website: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ds8bxk2a(v=VS.90).aspx ,I would assume that you can do FTP SSL with out any third party software in asp,net. If that is the case would the setup be somewhat similar to that of setting up ftp?
