Developer This client is VERY hot to hire, and will begin actively
interviewing qualified candidates immediately.

Title: Senior J2EE Developer
Location: Lansing, MI
Length: 1 year +

Senior Level J2EE Developer - Back End
We are seeking candidates with the following skills:

1. Senior-level Java and J2EE development skills with 5+ years java
2. Solid understanding of the java collections framework
3. Solid understanding of web and ejb container models
4. Solid understanding of J2EE transactional control
5. Hands-on experience with multiple J2EE persistence strategies (DAO,
OR-mapping, JDBC, transaction demarcation)
6. Knowledge of UML
7. Strong SQL skills
8. XML development
9. Object-oriented and service-oriented design, including knowledge of
data transfer objects and associated design patterns
10. Excellent communication with the ability to solicit and formalize
requirements and work with end users/customers.
11. Ability to work in a semi-structured environment where
requirements and priorities are dynamic
12. Weblogic Workshop 8 and greater application stack: web services
and integration development
13. Experience with agile development methodology
14. Experience with Test Driven Design (TDD) methodology.

Highly Desirable:
1. Exposure to a Billing /Accounting vertical domain.
2. Toplink API and mapping experience
3. JMS and MDB development
4. Experience with AJAX framework such as Yahoo UI.
5. Experience with Business Rules (preferably ILOG JRules).
