Animated movies exist in the form of 3D mathematical models. It will
be relatively trivial to re-release them in any imaginable 3D format.
There is a lot of work right now on home 3D theatre.

Can Java be used to make games similar to the realness of animations,
does it compete with other languages in this field?

Java can be used to make games, can it compete with 3d engines used
for animations?
