Embed a Windows forms Datagrid control in a ASP.NET web form

In our current project, there is a need to implement the excel like editing
features in a web application using available ASP.NET server controls. The 2
options I was thinking about was..

1) Embed a Windows data grid in the web form
2) Embed an Excel object in a web form

Could I get samples for both ?
