fcgi - creating native gem failed on windows

Hello,

ist there anybody outside who can help?

I try to install the fcgi gem on Windows 7, but don't manage to compile it. I have found a few 'how to dos' but only for unix systems.

Ruby version 1.9.3
Rails version 3.2.13
