Hoping I don't sound comletely stupid here, but I need help with frames.
I've seen them on sites, I think they look great, but I'd like to make some
for my own site. I have some HTML and CSS knowledge, but nothing of frames.
Can anyone help me?

Frames are evil from various points of view. Search engines dont like
frames, theres accssesabilty issues, printing issues, bookmarking issues.

Don't get me wrong, there are certain circumstances where frames are
usefull, even necassary, but for the majority web sites stick to CSS and
(x)html.

Hello,
You can get some information on how to use frames directly from w3cshools
http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_frames.asp

May I also recomend you read http://www.karlcore.com/article/id/2/ to
find out why developers have been moving away from using frames.

The best help is to tell you don't use frames. But if you must, then
check out www.w3schools.com
