gridview formatting issue

Hi All,

I'm wondering whether someone can help me with a gridview problem...

I have a gridview that displays nicely in the webpage, but when I click on
the edit button the font size seems to get larger and extra padding gets
inserted into the cells. Is there anyway to make sure the formatting stays
the same in both modes? I've tried putting in fixed widths etc, but nothing
seems to work!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
