Help!!! can't post here via XP machines

sorry to post this question to this forum,
but from 2 XP machines I have, I'm unable to post (create new thread) to
these forums or the new style forums...
This post is coming from my Windows 2K machine.

Any ideas why XP machines can't post?

I post from two different XP machines on a regular basis... no problems for
a couple of years now.

The problem isn't XP. You might verify the correct NNTP port (119) is set up
for your connection and look at other settings in your news reader.
