How do have form submission emailed to me?

Hi. After filling out a javascript quiz form , I'd like it to be
emailed to me via javascript. Those taking the quiz do not have an
email account on the server, but I do. However, I do not have CGI
access. I want a javascript email solution that does not launch the
email client on the local computer. Is there a way I can have an email
sent if I provide the script with the SMTP server name? Security is
not much of an issue in this controlled environment. Any help
appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Since webspace with ISPs have serious limitations (no PHP etc), some
ISP's with webspace offer a special feature for exactly what you want
to do.
