How do I increase the size of the buffer in java.nio.Pipe?

Hi,

I'm trying to use java.nio.Pipe to communicate large amounts of data
between two threads. The default 1k (or maybe 2k) buffer of bytes is
not sufficient for my needs. I would like to allocate several megabytes
of buffer space.

What is the best way to increase the size of the buffer used by
java.nio.Pipe?
