How do i redistribute .NET FrameWork 3.5?

I have created a small application using .NET Framework 3.5.
After doing Publish from Build Menu, The Generated Setup.EXE detects and if
..NET 3.5 is not available on target machine, it downloads from internet.
But on slow internet connections it could be problem to download approx 65MB
of Framework.

Is there a way to Create a Setup which installs .NET 3.5 from CD itself. ?

to have .net framework 3.5 complete
