How easy local installation of an application server may be?

Dear group,

I am developing a web-based application that currently runs on Tomcat.
I would like to have a (at least demo) stand-alone version, that a
client might install on its machine and play with it.

Can you recommend a lightweight application server that is the easiest
to install? I dream about the situation where a user downloads a bunch
of jar files (or even double click on an installer) and after a couple
of minutes he can play with the application in its web browser.

Best regards,
Dominik

Why not Tomcat ?

Unzip and double click on run.bat (or run.sh) and it runs.
