How to open (.aspx) new internet browser window from ASP.Net

To whom are helpful:

I mean how to open existing .aspx file in a new internet browser window from
a web application, ASP.Net using code behind, Visual Basic .

i have try to search from the MSDN, i found the namespace
"System.Windows.Forms.HtmlWindow" has this function, the .NET
Framework version 2.0 have the object but could not be imported to my
asp.net file. I found out that it could only be used in windows application.
So, i am jam here.... Please anybody help me on this... If possible show the
step by step example cause i am a beginner

Generally speaking, you can't open a browser window from server-side code -
that's not the way the web works.

However, what you can do is get your server-side code to output a piece of
JavaScript which will do this.
