How to test whether

Hello

I have a an ASP.Net application that has a table and in one of the cells
is a CheckBox. If the user checks the CheckBox I want to enable a TextBox so
they can enter some data. I can use either JavaScript or Codebehind. My
question is:

What is the code to verify whether they put a check in the CheckBox?
