Long before you find the answer to that, you first need to
learn how to use usenet. Particularly, finding the right
group, reading the FAQ before posting, and asking 'smart'
questions.
Do a google for phrases like...
"Introduction to usenet"
"Smart Questions"
Note that Gnu has several usenet groups dedicated to its
tools. But before you ask your question there, try reading
the manual that comes with the tool.
