How can I use my computer as gateway to the internet for my J2ME
enabled phone via bluetooth or so? I.e. I don't want to connect my
computer the the internet via my phone, I want to connect my phone to
the internet via my computer.

Is there some sort of socks/NAT/ppp-lib or anything like that out there?

You can't do it from the MIDP application itself. You would have to
configure the handset (assuming the handset allows it) to use the
connection and then the MIDP app would just inherit that...
