java menu for mobile phone

hi, I'm trying to create a menu in my mobile phone by using JAVA. My
menu should have 2 selection and each selection should return a
different string to my program, does anyone know examples like this or
can anybody give me advice about what paths should I encounter..

I can advice you to use netbeans 5.5 with mobility pack to develop
programs for mobile phones and pda. It is to easy to write programs in
Netbeans. You can add and drop forms and give directions to buttons
easily.
