Swing Guru with Object-oriented skills - Charlestown, MA

Extensive experience with Swing required.

Dynamic software developers at or near Guru-Level (only, please)
needed to work on swing-based GUI's to elevate the level of
interactivity and re-use in our next generation software product.
Deep knowledge of Swing is a must. Object-oriented development,
frameworks, and/or GUI Design are desired.

Ability to work independently and interpret business-level
requirements is essential, as well as a drive to deliver working
software of top quality with plenty of team interaction, but minimal
handholding. Good team skills, character and work ethic a must.

Object-oriented design, frameworks and patterns

O/R-mapping, persistence, MySQL
