Just got my pin number to start up mobile alerts

Hi there.. I just got my pin number on my cell to start mobile alerts, but it
says I'm typing in the wrong password numbers.... It's a simple 4-dig code...
I mean, how hard can it be, ya know? LOL.... But the website says it's wrong.
What do I do now? Many thanks! Tracy
