I have just installed and setup, but when I try to call
the sscesa20.dll, I get a page cannot be displayed error.
Also in event view I see a W#SVC error event ID 36 in the
application log every time it try to call this dll. It
says "the server failed to load the
application /LM/W3SVC/3/Root, No such interface is
supported" does anybody have any ideas as to why I'm
getting this?

It might be your IIS problem.
You might need to set the Application Protection of the web site to the Low
instead of Medium.
Right-click Web Site on IIS.
MMC -> Properties -> Home Directory -> Application Protection
