Need help regarding setup and deployment project

Hi all,

To which newsgroup could I post questions regarding the use of setup
projects? I've done a web-based project and I ned to conitionally deploy
certain apps (SQL Server Express to be exact) and I'm having trouble
figuring out how to do this.
