opening asp.net webpage in ie

i can't run asp.net webpage in internet explorer unless i run project
from visual studio 2005.
how i run say title.aspx page in internet explorer without starting
visual studio

just do http://localhost/yourwebsitename/title.aspx or
http://yourcomputername/yourwebsitename/title.aspx
