I'm getting
Preprocessor directives must appear as the first non-whitespace
character on a line
with
<asp:Button OnClick="GenerateEmail" ID="btnGenerate" Runat="server"
CommandArgument='<%#DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"sakEvent")%>&<%#DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"sakConfirmation")%>'
Text="View"></asp:Button>

I'm needing to have two values passed to the server from my button. How
can I do this?

when you use a binding expression, its all that allowed in the value and
only one is allowed,

try:

CommandArgument='<%#DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"sakEvent") &
DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"sakConfirmation")%>'
