reading the session values stored in the database

I am working on storing session state in sql server through modifying
web.config file.

Is there a way I can read the session content stored in the database?

so, its just a serialized session object stored in a table.

Thanks for your response.

The values I'm storing are just simple text.

like

Session["username"] = "john.doe"
etc
etc..
