Running a new library downloaded from the net

Hello.

I am having a problem here, which is difficult to solve for me. I would
like to include a library from the net into my program. As IDE I am
using Microsoft Visual C++ 8 Professional.
The library can be obtained from the following page:
http://www.robertnz.net/nm10.htm

I read the attached text files but I didn't understand it. Could you
please give me some advice, how to run the make files in my IDE? Do I
have to run them?

This is quite off-topic and you should probably ask the creator of the
library. Please take a moment to read (at least) this part of the FAQ
before posting next time:

After a quick look it does not look like you need to use make to
compile the library, it might suffice to include the correct files in
your project. However you could use nmake (Microsoft's make), on your
Start-menu find the Visual Studio 2005 Command Prompt and go to the
directory where you extracted the library and run "nmake /f nm_m8.mak",
if that is not enough, please contact the creator of the library.

thanks for the information. I used the nmake /f nm_m8.mak - command
successfully. Still I might write an email to the author of the code.
