Scrollbar for a table in Firefox

Hi,
I have to have only a vertical scroll bar within a table. But when I
specify "overflow: auto", it gives both vertical and horizontal scroll
bars. Browser used to test is Firefox. How to solve this problem? Please
let me know if more info is needed about the problem. It would be
helpful if I get the solution soon.

Should be CSS overflow-x: hidden;overflow-y: auto;

Strange advice given that CSS has no overflow-x and overflow-y
properties and that the assertion is made without a context.
