Setting up Eclipse in a multiuser environment

How do I get Eclipse working in a multiuser environment? It wants to
maintain just one "workspace" folder for all the users of the machine.

We are dealing with Windows XP with roaming user profiles.

Also, has anyone come up with an .inf file or installation script to
*install* Eclipse on a Windows system (instead of just copying the files and
making the shortcuts automatically)?

Is disdain for Windows part of the Eclipse cultural milieu?

Thanks,

You can start Eclipse with the -data [directory] option to specify a
particular workspace, so you can presumably do the equivalent of

eclipse -data $HOME/workspace

I forget the Windows terminology, but you get the idea.
