Special character when consuming web service

Hello,

When consuming a delphi web service from ASP.NET, the accentuated letters
and the euro symbol are replaced by "??" two quotation marks.
The delphi web service is referenced in visual studio 2005 as a web
reference.

Is there a way to indicate the encoding for the web reference ?
Or another suggestion ?
