Starting a COM server from a WebService

I am developing a WebService which needs to start a COM server to process
some data. I am getting the following error at the time an instance of a
class within the COM server is created:
_COMPlusExceptionCode -532459699 ('Some error in application program')

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
