URGENT: Question about loading pictures

Hi,

Is it possible to have certain pictures loading on a site at certain
times? I'm only familiar with event driven and reloading to change
pictures.

If so, what programming language(s) can be used to get the job done?

ASP, PHP, ISAPI DLL (C,C++, VB), FLASH, etc...etc...etc...

What do you mean?

Do you mean if the visitor visits at 9am they get a picture of a coffee
and some toast, but if they visit at 9pm they get a picture of some pasta
and wine?

Or do you mean they visit at whatever time and see a slideshow?

If the former, then who's timezone do you want to use? Yours? Theirs? The
server's?

Sorry I wasn't more clear. I meant like when you said about 9am a pic
of coffee and toast and 9pm a pic of pasta and wine.

I would assume you have to use a server that resides in the same time
zone as the restaurant as the case may be.
