URL for Web project?

I am trying to add a Web project that was developed
elsewhere in our company to a main solution. I don't have
IIS on my local machine. When I do this addition I get a
message that I have to specify the URL. Interesting if I
double click on the project I get the same message. In
either case I don't specify the URL, I am never given the
chance. How can I build the Web project and then deploy it
on a web server that exists "elsewhere". I would like to
build the project and then create a setup project to
install this web project on a web server of my choice.

Any ideas?
