Using an "All" Checkbox to gray out CheckBoxList

Hello-

I am working with a CheckBoxList that has various ListItems, one of
which is an "All" option. When "All" is clicked, I would like the
other items to be checked and grayed out.

I'm having toruble achieving this. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!!
