I have a page full of webparts. When I move the web application to a test
server I no longer have the option to edit/move/etc.. the webparts.
Why do the other modes become unavailable?
I have added the needed tables to a SQL DB and made the adjustments to the
connectionstring.
Any ideas where to look next?
