I've been programming for a while now and I'm quite familiar with anything related to Java and Spring framework/boot. The thing is that I received 2 offers and I don't know which one should I take.
My main aim: remain in the same company for ages or even forever if I can grow and evolve within the company. I want to become Team Leader or Scrum Master/Product Owner.
Options:
1) Developing with Genesys in a really big company.
Really good salary and amazing benefits.
2) Developing with Java/Spring in a small-medium-size company.
Worse salary and any real benefit but 100% remote work.
I think the best way to promote is keeping myself in a Java/Spring developer position, but what do you think?
