Which graphics for J2ME on TV set-top box?

Hello,
I have to develop a sample graphic application that runs on a
prototype TV set-top box for interactive television.
I have a 200 MHz Toshiba TX4925 MIPS and 64 MB RAM.
I have to use an embedded Linux (Montavista).
Using J2ME, which graphics toolkit can I use to obtain a nice look and
feel on the TV screen? (I have found examples of just J2ME on mobile
phones).
The On Screen Display chip supports a PAL/NTSC resolution with an
active area of about 697x548 pixels.
