Why cant i send text to my usercontrol?

I have med the most simple usercontrol with one textbox.
Just for testing and to learn more about usercontrols.

The problem:
I want to put text into my usercontrol texbox and read from it but its never
there when i want to acces it.

Help me with a small example.
