I'm looking for a full-featured emailing list software, with opt-in,
    opt-out, etc.

One thing I need is a registration form where people can enter custom fields
(that I designate) upon registration like company name, address, etc.

It also needs bounce email management.

Can anyone recommend a reliable & sophisticated ASP-based mailing list
    manager that can do this?

  2. I haven't used this, but seems like a good feature-set:
