alternative editors to Frontpage?

Incidentally (following on from another recent post, about the scope
of the :hover pseudo-selector) have you noticed the use of div:hover
in their CSS ? Links in an entire section "light up" with underlines,
when you mouse over anywhere in that section.

What do people think about this as a technique ? I'm in two minds
about it; either, "What a nice way to keep them non-obvious, yet make
all of them obvious together when needed" or else "NOOO!!!! Stop the
flashing lightshow!"
