Is it possible to determine
the actual email address of
the recipient of an on-line
email form. I would like to
avoid filling in all the crap
on the form (name,rank,serial number
etc.) and send my correspondence
using my own email client
directly? I would be much
abliged for any information.

No. That is one of the reasons for an email form, to hide the recipents
address.
