You can send the user's browser to another page sending parameters via a
query string:

<a href="OtherPage.aspx?SomeParam=SomeValue">Other Page</a>

In OtherPage.aspx:

Page_Load()
{
string val = QueryString["SomeParam"];
// val should be "SomeValue"
}
