How do I find a J2ME programmer for a small job?

I'd like to create a tool on mobile devices that essentially acts like
a slideshow calling small jpegs in a sequence. Seems easy enough
right?

I'd like it to work on a variety of handsets. Getting more
complicated?

What would it cost to create such an app and how long would it take an
experienced programmer? A couple hours? I can create a .swf (flash)
file to do this in an hour.

I wrote a program called NetworkCam that comes with source that gives
you the skeleton of what you would need. It is written for J2SE. You
would need to modify for J2ME.
