What must i do, Now?

I don't known, Help me.

Thank You.

Take some classes. Talk to people who are good C++ programmers and
learn from them. Read the newsgroups.

First: Become a *programmer*, not a C++ programmer. Learn to be able
to solve a problem with any language. You might focus on C++ and learn
all the little intracacies of that language but in general it is better
to just know how to solve problems with a computer mindset and be able
to use reference manuals efficiently. I can write code in any language
given an introduction to the syntax (since many are so alike sometimes
I don't even need that) and a reference manual on the language and base
API's.

The best way to become a programmer is to start programming. Pretty
soon you will either find you are good at it or you will have given up.

Good advice, but first, I would recommend reading this:

http://www.developer.com/tech/article.php/3304881

Go through the entire series of articles, before attempting to learn any
modern language based around object-oriented programming (OOP), including
C++.

In my opinion, that series of articles is the most readable and
understandable OOP explanation I've seen, period.

Read the books then attempt a real project.

Amen to that. I just came back from two very large book stores. There
are countless books of the "I'm an Idiot, Teach Me Something"
catagory. Including C++.

Funny how in today's crude & lude society people even pay book authors
to insult them for buying their product.

Personally I've never bought one of those myself. O'Rielly all the
way, baby.

IMO it's the 'real project' bit that is important because you rapidly come
across problems that are not neatly answered like the exercises in a book.

see the book reviews on www.accu.org

The Assn. of C and C++ Users does not sell books. It just reviews them
Over 3000 HONEST reviews of C, C++ and SW Engineering books.

Start with a degree in Sw engineering

Then work your way down the salary scale to compete with imported Indians or
Chinese. That's before the latter decide even they will not work for such low
wages and it all gets shipped overseas.

Be a plumber and earn some REAL money, without the insecurity and hassle.

I am overseas! Send the work here! :)

The plumbers in the UK are all Polish! :-(

What is needed is the requirement that SW be signed off by qualified PE
or SW Engineers. Like in architecture and other professions

The Indians and Chinese will undercut you if you live in the West, and do just
as good a job.
Coding monkey is a dead end career move.
Do something that cannot be exported, with a closed shop and powerful union eg
Law, Medicine etc or work for the govt.
