How to get the last page

I need to get the page the user was at last so I can go back to it. I do not
want to use the history. I need to refresh the last page.

Use Request.UrlReferrer

Depending on situation you can use HTTP_REFERER server variable or you can
pass recent site url in hidden filed of web form.
