How to install VS WebDelopment on a machine without IIS?

How can I force the VS install process to install the WebDelopment
tools on a machine if it does not have IIS installed? I tried to
install them, but the installer searches for IIS and it will go no
further.

P.S. I I intend to use Cassini for a server.
